![]() Over 20 new commodities for you to buy and sell ![]() Over 500 new pieces of equipment (Weapons, shields, engines, thrusters, upgrades, and more!) ![]() Over 75 new ships added to the freelancer game Below is a list of features that are available in TNG. TNG is also the first freelancer mod to be placed on over 100 servers worldwide. We have also put in many anti-hack and anti-cheat systems to preserve the integrity of the game and minimize the problems that the original freelancer had on multiplayer. The mod is also well document for troubleshooting purposes. Server administrators will find that TNG is one of the most bug free and has the least amount of console errors of any mod currently available. We have also strived to get rid of any bugs that we encounter so that your game play is the most enjoyable without those little annoyances. However dont camp the areas or the Internal Police will make your live misery. One of the nicest things about this area is you get what called token, which are can be redeemed for credit, but also help with your arena score. There is also a central arena with 4 areas for soloists and groups alike to test their metal. One nice feature is it will be different each time you go through it so there are endless possibilities. In 2.4 we feature a gauntlet with 20 trials for groups to try and defeat. One of our biggest features is the arena system. So beginner players can play in less difficult systems then go to the more challenging ones. However TNG 2.4 is setup is that the hardness is scaled directly with the difficulty of the system. They now use their full ship armaments including missiles, mines, and torpedoes, which in some cases if they get desperate they will kamikaze. You will be fighting opponents who know how to kill you and will not hesitate to do it, no matter what the cost. Pride comes before the fall.Īnother nice feature is that the NPC are really smart. Rule of thumb, dont take more then what you can handle. If you dont become a smart pilot, then you are going to find yourself being towed back to the base many, many times. Skill level is also another HUGE faction in TNG. speed? Or do you like to have a ship that has balanced stats? That is what it comes down to. It really comes down to what you prefer to play. ![]() By using special, powerful, drop equipment, you can turn ANY ship into a devastating engine of destruction. One very nice feature of TNG, especially in 2.5 is that Ultimate ships is not necessarily determined by the original status of the ship. Additional flight controls have also been added to give players more maneuvers. You can also change the difficulty of the single player game by using the new options. The new options on the menu also give players more control over the graphic intensity of the game that way they can turn things down if things get sluggish. We also redid all the weapon effects and added several new ones so that it is more realistic when using them. Especially in 2.4 we have redone our geometric and physic algorithms so that ships move with realistic motion as the stats are carefully created and made to fit with the theme of were they are at. The downside to this is that you do need to have higher computer requirements to run TNG. TNG also has an advanced graphic & sound system so your experience will be much more enjoyable. We are always adding more upgrades for customization to your ships so that you may play the way you want to play and not be forced to just a particular style. Customization is also a key feature in this game. It really makes you think whether you want to fight or run.Īlso diversity and many options are available to you from weapons, equipments, and ships. Also since you now loose ammo, loot, and equipment when you die, it gives an element of risk that was not originally there with the original freelancer and makes things much more interesting. One of the most defining traits about TNG is that we have strived to make it one of the hardest mods out there so that when you get there its not just something everyone can do easily. It is still compatible with single player game, and it will be more difficult then before. This version has been optimized for multiplayer due to mass request by players. We have added additional factions & empires for you to have an even broader selection in your identity process. A major part of it is that the Identity system has been more refined so you can have a more realistic sense of what you want to be whether it be a bounty hunter, pirate, trader, or just a lone freelancer. So whats so special about this particular version now? Well there is a lot of stuff in this version that many people probably will never realize. It was the first mod of it's kind and implemented many new features not found elsewhere. TNG may be a compilation of many mods but it is very unique in it's own right.

![]() Well, that and her lingering self-consciousness, since while she likes the way she looks, she’s still not 100-percent sure about wearing these fashions at her age. ▼ We’re not sure if the combination of Seiji’s willingness to help out with other people’s projects and his unwillingness to finish his own makes him industrious or lazy, but it does make him one of us.Īs for the skirt, length-wise it doesn’t really work all that well with the dress, and so Ikuna is going to have to find something else in her closet to pair it with, but that’s really the only problem she ran into. Sure, there’s a bit more flashiness here, but again, the elegant black-and-white motif for the non-ursine elements suit an adult lady just fine.Īs a matter of fact, Ikuna’s fashion transformation was going so smoothly that fellow reporter Seiji Nakazawa volunteered as cameraman for an extended photo shoot, since he’s a supportive coworker, has a personal soft spot for frilly fashions, and, like a number of reporters in our office on any given day, was looking for excuses to not have to do his own work. Ikuna had similar success with the teddy bear top. …and so far, so good! While there’s definitely a youthful, traditional girlishness to Ank Rouge’s designs, the understated colors of the pieces meant they didn’t look out of place on a woman of Ikuna’s mature sophistication. She started by slipping on the dress and jacket… ![]() They all looked cute, but the question Ikuna wanted to answer was whether or not they’d look cute on her. ![]() …and, finally, a miniskirt with shoulder straps. …a blouse with a frilly collar and a ribbon… …another frilly collar, this time as part of a teddy bear-print top… …a dress (with frilly collar, of course) and skirt… There was a short black coat (with included a hair ribbon, of course)… And finally, if she started to feel embarrassed while at the register, she could just say she was picking up the fukubukuro for her niece or something.īack at the office and away from the public’s eyes, Ikuna opened up her lucky bag and spread out its six items, which were exactly the sort of styles she’d been expecting and hoping for. In addition, since it already contains a complete ensemble, she wouldn’t have to feel awkward spending an extended time browsing a store where every other shopper is younger than her by a decade or more. ▼ Yes, even the Ank Rouge lucky bag has frills.įor starters, the blind-buy lucky bag represents a savings, since the total value of its contents is more than the bag’s 16,500-yen (US$143) asking price. So when she found out that Ank Rouge was offering a New Year’s fukubukuro/lucky bag, she figured this was the perfect opportunity to find out. Ikuna’s been wanting to try the brand’s styles for herself, but at the same time, she’s a little self-conscious about whether she, a woman in her 30s, can pull off such a youthful look. “Their clothes are like a blend of classic cuteness with a dash of gothic Lolita style,”Ikuna describes the brand, “with all sorts of frills and ribbons.” SoraNews24 headquarters is located in the Shinjuku neighborhood, and a side effect of working in the heart of downtown Tokyo is that we get regular updates on current fashion trends just by walking to the office. Recently, our Japanese-language reporter Ikuna Kamezawa has been noticing bigger and bigger crowds of teen and early-20s shoppers at Ank Rouge. All The Tropes is free to restrict discussion and editing of whatever they wish on their wiki, but we feel they are worse off for doing so and thus this fork hopes to avoid that.Ikuna takes a chance on a lucky bag she’s in the market, but not the target market, for. So we we forked due to irreconcilable ideological differences in how to run things, chiefly our desire to not remove discussion of certain tropes for any reason because we feel that is a bridge too far. As such, they have became far more like TV Tropes than what should have been acceptable given the initial mission statement behind the fork. They were a fork of TV Tropes, and while they do a few things better we feel TV Tropes does not, they made a decision to remove discussion of certain tropes we feel deserve discussion, no matter what risks are entailed in allowing their discussion, and to disallow edits that don't jive with their "anything goes" policies, including deletion of information that could be false, misleading, and not in line with the tropes they're placed under. My house has only one and a half properly grounded, 12 Guage circuits. Besides, it helps to get rid of static buildup. I wouldn't be surprised if the ATX power spec required a ground. You americans are SO GODDAMNED LUCKY YOU NEVER GOT SOCIALISM!!! (Me goes to cool off.)Miles - the whole point of grounding is when there IS a problem!! Also, in audio equipment, grounding can be critical to audio performance. This is one of a thousand tales of EU abuse of power, ignorance, undemocratic behavious and sheer bullshit socialism. ![]() It's worth pointing out (as the EU once noted a long time ago.) that the UK's wiring standards are the highest and safest in Europe. they're socialists after all) and the UK hifi industry gets a hit, no-ones any safer and that includes the Albanians. So, banana-plugs, as we call them in the UK, become illegal (Tony Blair and cronies do nothing. So, our socialist allies in the European Commission in Strasbourg and Brussels, unelected and unaccountable to a man (are you reading this, MWNH?), decided that rather than bring Albania up to scratch, they were gonna outlaw audio-cable connectors that could fit into Albanian power sockets. The problem was that in Albania, the wiring standards are ye olde and not very safe - large round pin-holes and no earth-guard (as you get with UK sockets -by law). Audio cables, of course, are bare terminated at both ends (most amps, bar certain Krells, aren't gonna kill you). It starts with the sad tale of an Albanian kid (Albania was never noted as a first world country.) that tragically stuck some audio cables into a mains socket and killed himself. My Grandad's house was rewired three years ago from the 1920s! He was a little oldfashioned, till the estate agents' (realtors) came round to have a look, and allegedly refused to enter!!If you want a story to show how fecking stupid, corrupt and pointless our membership of the EU is, check this. There is certainly housing still standing, and lived in, that needs rewiring - and if it's pre-70s then often you can get a grant to do that. British wiring standards require all house wiring to be earthed though properly 'double-insulated' equipment need not be earthed - eg CD players. Plenty of electrical equipment/appliances come with non-captive leads but by law they must all come supplied with everything that is needed to work and that inludes cable and plug. Disclaimer: I am not an electrician, nor have I ever played one on TV./frank What it will do is help to prevent you from getting a shock should your wiring or any applicances you have plugged in develop a fault. ![]() If the tester shows OK, buy a bunch of 2 to 3 prong adapters and you're fine.Having a third wire (ground) in your outlet is going to do NOTHING to protect your computer from anything. If not, your wiring is probably old enough that your house may have originally had a dirt floor and an outhouse, and you may want to investigate getting it replaced. If it shows that everything is cool, you're OK. Plug a two to three prong adapter into your socket, grounding the tab to the screw on the faceplate, then plug the circuit tester in. Has three prongs sticking out one end, and three neon lights on the other. In fact, if you're brave (or stupid) enough, you will find that there is no resistance, either - the two wires are physically connected together at the Circuit breaker box.Your best bet is to go to Home Depot and buy one of the $10 plug-in circuit testers. If you break out a Voltmeter on a normal three-prong plug, you'll find that between the ground prong and one of the other prongs there is no voltage. ![]() If you have a newer house, an extra wire is run to each outlet to provide a protective ground. How old is your house? Unless it's really old (75 years?), the outlets are grounded. In all modern wiring, one of the two prongs on the outlet is connected to ground back at the Circuit Breaker box. ![]() View image: /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gifTim S. Not to mention more plugs in better places and CAT5/telephone ports in every room. It's a fun project, relatively inexpensive, and will make you feel better about running an array of computers. I've re-wired my entire house with 12 gauge wire, increased the breakers to 20 Amps and divided the circuits better. The wiring was aluminum and would actually start smoking with my computers running, blow the circuit breaker, etc. Get new receptacles and wall plates while you're at it, a set can be had for a buck.I live in a 30 year old house. It's not much more difficult than pulling CAT5 (in fact, it'd be easier than CAT5 if there were no staples holding the old wire to the studs). It's also convenient to add new receptacles in ideal locations and increase the capacity of a circuit to 20 Amps.Plan for about $20 per 100 feet of 12/2 Romex (20 Amp) or $10 for 14/2 (15 Amp). Have an attic crawl space? Drop new wire. I just feel more comfortable with my instinct and more comfortable to bake and not be paranoid about any bad comments. It’s a conflict within myself, so Bake Off really helped my self-confidence. I have a confidence issue: I don’t think I’m good enough to be a baker. ![]() And you ask: why does it have to heat up to this temperature? Why can’t I use them cold? And it is the same with butter, flour, eggs and everything. Because in research, before you start anything, you always research every single component of an experiment: what you need, why they are there, and why you need them. I work as a research scientist and, without thinking, I implement all my research skills and lab skills in baking. I came back home and I said to my partner: “Right, I’m going to take all of the judges’ comments, go back to the blank drawing board and start again.” So I did that, I hardly slept because my mind was thinking how to do that. My lowest point on Bake Off was week five when I was nearly kicked out. So that’s when I started to cook myself and I started to discover where to find Asian ingredients in England because I can’t survive on sandwiches. My first week in England, I had to eat egg and cress sandwiches, sandwiches every day! And I just sat on a bench at my university and cried. And I’m really proud of what I achieved so far: I got a PhD and then I won Bake Off! The sadness is real, but I have to move forward and make the best of my life. Whatever happens, yep, I’ll cry, but then I’ll pick up the pieces because I have to survive anyway. It still affects me now, but it has also shaped me to become the person I am today. They got divorced and it ended up in a very bad way. I have been separated from my parents since I was 15. And when the ratio is correct, then you work out the quantity. And now, whenever I develop any recipe, even baking, I go by ratio, rather than grams. ![]() But then she said: “You can throw anything in your pan, but it always has to have a ratio.” So that’s what I learned from her. But she would only tell you the ingredients list, not how much to put in. My grandmother lived next door, and taught me to cook. ![]() For all of the "need" for it, I know only a handful of our tech support agents even use it so I don't want to put a lot of money into it a replacement either. I thought about something along the lines of an NMS but feel that is overkill for what this is used for. ![]() So what I need is an alternative to PingPlotter that can monitor an IP over time, has web based entry as many people enter data and can be centrally managed by multiple users. It is becoming a huge time suck and not worth the effort but the call center insists on having something. I have tried using the cleaning tool from PingPlotter to clear out old data but it stopped helping after a while as well. We have even tried building a new VM but it eventually starts doing the same thing. The solution is normally to reboot the server and allow the service to come back up but sometimes that doesn't work and the service hangs. The problem is the VM gets locked from time to time by the PingPlotter Windows service. I don't think it was quite meant to be used like this but it was something I inherited when I took the role. We have the software installed on a VM and use the PingPlotter's web interface for level 1 support to enter customer modem IPs and level 2 will monitor the customer connectivity through PingPlotter. We normally have anywhere from 10-30 subs in PingPlotter at any one time with a customer's IP being in the software for anywhere from a few days to a few months. I work for a small ISP with about 30,000 subs and we use Pingplotter for customers that are having issues with connectivity. Nvivo 12 Pro WIN di Tokopedia Promo Pengguna Baru Cicilan 0 Kurir Instan. ![]() ![]() Each character has three classes available to them, with one available immediately and the other two available as you reach levels seven and twelve respectively, with fifteen classes total. Every character is superbly voice acted (the Witch Hunter is a little hammy, though) and have their own unique personalities that reflect their race/kingdom. While there can be only four players in a game simultaneously, there are five different characters to choose from. There are also smaller “special” enemy types, with all of the same cast of annoying hook rats and gutter runners from the previous Vermintide game. ![]() Enemy types in Vermintide 2 are also quite various with Northmen and ratmen filling out the ranks, while larger boss enemies await your group at certain areas of each level to test your mettle. Ranged weapons are fun, feel good, and have a large variety. Heavy hammer hit with a glorious clunk, while slicing weapons catch and glide in a glorious dance of gore and death. The combat in Vermintide 2 feels great: it’s appropriately impactful, with melee blows feeling satisfying landing against foes. Each time you play you and your team will have to face wave after wave of Skaven and orcs in spectacularly bloody combat. Each act culminates in a big boss fight, and after you’ve completed all three acts you can take on the final challenge in the thirteenth level, including its own unique boss fight. There are three acts, each containing four different levels all with their own objectives and challenges. You and three other people will have to hack, slash, shoot and otherwise survive by working together to accomplish varied goals and survive the gauntlets that are Vermintide 2’s levels. At certain points (indicated by a rallying horn and then a musical cue) there will be a horde of enemies spawning to cause trouble for your group of four adventurers fighting through the destroyed world. ![]() Even your characters constantly banter at each other, and warn of dangers–like if an assassin rat is prowling about. There are special enemies that grab you, or otherwise incapacitate you (with an icon alerting your teammates to your predicament). While it doesn’t copy Left 4 Dead directly (no safe rooms, among other things) it comes pretty damn close. If you’ve played either of the Left 4 Dead games, you’ll immediately recognize the formula Vermintide 2 uses. In Vermintide 2 the Skaven are working directly with the forces of Chaos, so instead of just hordes of ratmen, there are some corrupted Northmen and other forces of Chaos thrown into the mix. The world is in ruins, overrun with Skaven rat-men who live off of death and decay, swarming from their vast subterranean networks and blanketing the overworld with their disease and death. Set in the apocalyptic End Times of the Age of Sigmar, Warhammer: Vermintide 2 isn’t a very optimistic game. Vermintide 2 takes the formula of its predecessor, while fixing the loot system, upping the polish and fidelity, and making a great hack and slash Warhammer game. Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is the followup to 2015’s Warhammer: Endtimes–Vermintide, a first-person hack and slash that used horde mode sensibilities and teamwork in the style of Left 4 Dead while having a loot system as a way to progress your character. Luckily, developer Fatshark has managed another good entry into the vast Warhammer canon. There are good Warhammer games, and incredibly bad ones. Let’s face it: the Warhammer IP is hit and miss. ![]() ![]() The Black Room is considered to be the marquee trading experience, where Pristines very best traders display live. In World War II, administratively, aircraft carriers were assigned to carrier divisions (CARDIVs). Navy carrier battle group can be traced to the 1920s and was initially based on previous experience grouping battleships and other major surface combatants. Thus, from a command and control perspective, carrier strike groups are combat organized by mission rather than by platform. Other ships in the strike group sometimes undertake offensive operations (launching cruise missiles, for instance) and the carrier's air wing contributes to the strike group's defense (through combat air patrols and airborne anti-submarine efforts). The principal role of the carrier and its air wing within the carrier strike group is to provide the primary offensive firepower, while the other ships provide defense and support. ![]() The carrier strike group is a flexible naval force that can operate in confined waters or in the open ocean, during day and night, in all weather conditions. Not only do the ruins look very believable to my non-expert eyes, I like the glimpse that it gives us, into her character. I liked the opening scenes of Seo Hae in a post-apocalyptic Seoul. Or is that an area of concern at all, with this story?Į4. I just wonder what kind of ripple effects might occur, with her changing the winner like that. The fact that he’s desperately dependent on medication just to get through each day, really undercuts his surface flippancy, and makes him much more sympathetic than I’d first imagined. On the other hand, there’s a deep sense of pathos about him, as we learn that he regularly hallucinates that his dead older brother Tae San (Heo Joon Seok) is around him, talking to him, and he’s deeply torn up and traumatized by the fact that he hadn’t been kind to his older brother, the last time they’d seen each other, before his death. That’s some superhero level of offhanded badassery. On top of that, he actually succeeds in pulling everything together and enabling the co-pilot to safely land the plane, thus saving everyone on board. On the one hand, he projects the type of casual, devil-may-care sort of confidence that makes him feel almost unreal, like when he’s struggling to fix the plane while it’s on its way to crashing.Įven with very little time on the clock, he starts his conversation on the phone with Manager Kim (Tae In Ho) in such a casual, everyday sort of manner, where most other people would be freaking out and imploring the other person to call for help. I mean, if Show wasn’t going to take the emotional pain of our characters seriously, then why delve into it so deeply in the first place? This just didn’t work for me. What this means is that the emotional pain of our characters goes ignored, and this decision tainted the ending for me in a very significant way. I will talk more about this in my comments on the ending, but essentially, without getting into specific spoilers, the problem for me with this show, is that in the end, Show prioritizes the comic book treatment of its story, over the emotional journey of our protagonists. I wanted to root for their success, and I wanted them to be spared the obvious emotional pain, that the journey of saving the world entailed. How can you reconcile treating a character’s trials and tribulations lightly (an almost defining factor in a comic book world), with serving up emotional beats that are stirring?įor most of my watch, I felt that Show does a reasonably solid job of this, and I did become invested in our characters’ quest. |
